SCWC Recap: 2022 Achievements and 2023 Plans
As we reach the end of 2022, California's water issues are becoming more apparent than ever. In this video, the Southern California Water Coalition takes a look back at the year and examine some of the most pressing water concerns in our state. This video was produced by the SCWC as a 2022 wrap-up shown at its Annual Meeting and Dinner on October 27, 2022. More than 15 California water leaders who serve as members of the Southern California Water Coalition Board of Trustees discuss the severe challenges of 2022, their hopes for 2023, and why they are proud to be members of the Southern California Water Coalition. California's severe drought continues to affect major water supplies for Southern California, but there is hope as we look at the development of a broad range of solutions including water recycling and reuse, desalination, stormwater capture and reuse, groundwater clean-up and more.
